V Step Left

This movement is called a “V Step” as you will be forming a V as you step up and down. The V Step left has you starting with your left foot and is completed in a 4-step movement. While a fitness step is technically not necessary to complete a V Step, a fitness step with or without risers, will increase the intensity of the movement.

Left leg up, as wide as possible.

V Step Left 02 – Step Aerobics

Right leg up, as wide as possible.

Left leg back to the floor.
