Basic Left

The Basic Step left has you starting with your left foot and is completed in a 4-step movement, starting in front of a horizontal step. While a fitness step is technically not necessary to complete a Basic Step, a fitness step with or without risers, will increase the intensity of the movement.

Step up on bench with left foot.

Basic Left 02 - Step Aerobics

Step up on bench with right foot.

Step down backwards to the floor with left foot.
